1. Products can be replaced in case of damage or breakage during shipping, or if the wrong item is received — provided that photos of the product are sent and we are contacted immediately upon receipt.
   2. Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days, and only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage to the container, or issues with the product itself.
   3. Returns or exchanges are not allowed for opened or used products. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and health of our customers.

All Geollery products are produced and packed in a fully sterilized environment and comply with safety and hygiene standards.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened products to prevent the transfer of any diseases or contamination to other customers.
